The Directorate of National Taxes and Customs (Dian) informed on January 19 that it issued guidelines to all departments of the entity to avoid sanctioning processes against customs users who have not been able to comply with their obligations, due to the contingency derived from the security updates of the information and customs management system Syga.
For control purposes, the customs obligors must keep the evidence that proves the failures of the respective computer service, to advance the processing and compliance of their customs obligations, such as screenshots, reports, photographs, among other means of evidence in which it can be observed at least the failure of the system, the date and time in which the action or consultation in the computer system was being carried out.
